I am proud to call Ward 3 and Bowmanville, HOME.  As a husband and father to a beautiful family and someone who is lucky enough to both work and live in the town of Bowmanville; I have immersed myself in the business of the municipality and I regularly weigh in on issues that matter to Bowmanville residents through my practice and through my role as a director on the Clarington Board of Trade.

As a lawyer at Strike & Phillips LLP in beautiful downtown Bowmanville, practicing real estate, corporate law and drafting Wills for clients, I have the opportunity to meet and talk to residents on a daily basis about the things that matter most to them, their homes, their business, their community and their families.  I am a trusted advisor to my clients whether they are a family that has lived in Clarington for over a hundred years, or a newcomer who is just beginning to experience the benefits that Clarington has to offer.  I advocate on their behalf to ensure that they are making informed decisions and are protected along the way.

I joined the Strike family law practice (now Strike & Phillips LLP) in 2012 and quickly learned the history of Bowmanville from the Strike family which has been serving the residents of Bowmanville since 1925 and which have been heavily involved in the community over that time through Rotary, Valley's 2000, Bowmanville Hospital, Clarington Board of Trade and many other community based organizations.

I am Accessible

A Municipal Councillor should be accessible and ready to engage with people they are elected to represent in ways that are convenient to you.  Since I work, live and participate in Clarington on a daily basis, I will make myself available to you in Clarington in person, by phone, email and various social media channels.
